1. Who We Are

SaveWave.lol ("we," "us," "our") is an independent informational resource that publishes documentation and verification data about Wave Executor. We are not the developers of Wave Executor, and we are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaveWave.lol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All text, images, layout, and code on SaveWave.lol are our property or used with permission. You may read, print, and share links to our content for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

Wave Executor is a third-party product. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All third-party names and logos are property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Downloads and Files

We publish SHA-256 hashes for every release we list. You are responsible for verifying the file you download against the published hash before running it. We do not warrant that any file we list is free of malware or suitable for any purpose.

Use of Wave Executor may violate the Roblox Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination. You accept this risk entirely.

7. No Warranty

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveWave.lol and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or account termination by third parties.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaveWave.lol and its operators from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.
