SaveWave.lol respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page describes how to submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Our Position
SaveWave.lol is an independent informational resource. We publish documentation, verification data, and reference material about Wave Executor. We do not claim ownership of Wave Executor or any third-party content referenced on this site.
If you are a copyright holder and believe that content on SaveWave.lol infringes your rights, follow the process below.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to dmca@savewave.lol that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (exact URL)
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What Happens After You Submit
- We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
- We review the notice for completeness and validity
- If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material
- We notify the affected party and provide a copy of the notice
- We document the action for our records
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@savewave.lol with:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the US, for any judicial district in which we may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
SaveWave.lol does not host user-uploaded content. As a result, we do not maintain a repeat-infringer policy in the traditional sense. If we receive repeated notices about the same content, we may remove that content permanently.
False Claims
Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please make sure your notice is accurate before submitting.
Abuse of Process
We may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, or clearly intended to harass. If we reject a notice, we will explain why in writing.
